I'm planning on making the (long) drive up to RI, making numerous Ruby-
related stops/visits along the way.

I'm plotting my course (slowly) here

And I'm also looking for additional waypoints for before and after the
camp. For instance, I'm planning on hanging and hacking with Avdi

So, you may have missed the announcement but the venue was lost. I've
been furiously looking for a replacement but don't expect anything
until mid-January. I would like to find for the same weekend and in
Ri, if I cannot get the same date/location I'll refund in full if the
new arrangement doesn't work.

I can pretty much guarantee that if you hold it in Maine then you're only going to get New Englanders and only some of them.  That's a huge drive for me from Maryland...

Yeah, we did Maine already. It's out. So are NH an VT for near Winter
months. CT could be a good option.

Hi guys, just saw that the Railscamp NE is on while I'm on holiday in
Boston (I'm from Australia, heading to SXSW), and thought that that
was too perfect to miss, then saw here that the venue fell through?
Has there been any more news?

I've been to 3 railscamps now and just bought my ticket for RC7 in
Canberra in April, and they're really great fun, and a great way to
meet interesting people and see what they're up to. So, if a venue can
be sorted for that same weekend, I'll definitely be in.
