TODAY IS DAY 2

FOREIGN LANGUAGE DEPARTMENT: Anyone who needs to retake the Spanish
Regents exam in January must see Senora Flanagan in room 314 before
December 23rd to sign up for the speaking test.

GUIDANCE:
Attention students: PSAT results are in please come to the guidance
office immediately.

Attention Seniors: There will be a representative from the student
ambassador’s program for SUNY Binghamton in the Guidance office on
Thursday, December 17th at 9:00am. She will be discussing living on
campus and daily life at Binghamton. Please come to Guidance to sign
up.

COMIC BOOK CLUB: There will be a meeting today at 1:45pm in room 134.

DECA: There will be a DECA meeting after school on Wednesday December
16th.

YEARBOOK: Re-take photo packages are here! See Mrs. Shand in
room 264 today 4th, 5th, 6th or 7th period also, re-take id cards
are here!

TEEN CLUB: The teen club night out to Red Robin is canceled. We
will get back together again after break. Happy Holidays.
YEARBOOK: There is a mandatory yearbook meeting on Wednesday,
December 16th in room 264. Bring ideas, creativity, and friends.
Also, bring pictures you have taken and last minute ads. See you
there!

FRIENDS OF RACHEL: This week’s Friends of Rachel meeting has been
moved from Thursday, December 17th to Wednesday, December 16th.
Again, we will be meeting on this Wednesday after school in room 273.
All items for the adopt a family must be in by Wednesday also….please
see Mrs. Prockter in room 273 with any questions..


BIBLE CLUB: Unlike the culture around you, always dragging you down,
God brings out the best in you. Join the Bible Club in room 308 every
Tuesday after school.
God loves us the way we are, but to much to leave us that way.

SADD: Candy cane o grams are on sale now until Monday in the café
during lunch periods. $1.00 each, send one to friends, your favorite
teacher or the one you love. They will be delivered to classes on
Tuesday, December 22nd.

STUDENT COUNCIL: Friday is flannel Friday, so make sure you find a
flannel shirt and show your spirit.

BOYS TRACK AND FIELD: Alex Tolman took 1st place in the 300 meter
dash and 2nd in the high jump at the frosh/soph championships this
past weekend! Mario Careccia took 1st place in the pole vault and
Marcus Alston placed 5th in the triple jump. The 800 relay team of
Marcus, Matt Mahoney, Anthony Ramputi, and Alec placed 3rd. The 3200
relay of Umang Dharamshi, Josiah Zoodsma, Sal Montes, and Ryan Tancin
placed 6th. Great job guys!

ITALIAN HONOR SOCIETY: Have your friends been Good or Bad this year?
In honor of the Befana, an Italian Cultural icon, the Italian Honor
Society will be selling coal and candy for $2 during all periods from
Dec 14th to Dec 18th in the cafeteria.

The Befana herself will be delivering these treats on January 8th.

So why not surprise your friends with an after-holiday treat?

TOYS FOR TOTS: We will be collecting toys for tots – December 16th.
New un-wrap toys - outside office – teen oriented gifts.
Make up, books, dvds, cds – bring in items you yourself would be
interested in.
