Debug token resync failed

Hi,

I can't resync some Gemalto token (TOTP) with the webadm admin portal but when I check logs files I can't see any error.

so is there a way to debug a resync fail ?

No error means the resync process works but does not find OTP matches.
It's the TOTP settings which are wrong. Check the OpenOTP Time Step
configuration. By default it is 30 secs in OpenOTP. But some TOTP
tokens work with a TimeStep of 60 sec.

On the webadm admin portail I have the following error message:

Could not resynchronize Token.

But in log file I have no error.I have tried to specified a Timestep of 60 seconds but without success...
