Lost access to the Appliance management console?

Hi,
 
We are running the OpenOTP appliance. This was configured as per default to run on https://ServerAdress:1000 for the management console and https://ServerAddress for the Open OTP Token server.
I can still connect to the OTP token server, but cant connect to the management console anymore? I have logged in via SSH and shut down/restarted the server, but the management console is still not available.
 
How do I go about throubleshooting this please?

The server admin web console (you mean the webmin I support) is on
port 10000 and not 1000 (ie. https://<server>:10000/).
You login with the root server account.

And the WebADM interface to manage users is on https://<server>/.

Did you enter the wrong port?
