Although I was looking to trade it for something like an Atlantis,
I've decided that I am going to go for a really big bike - a Surly Big
Dummy. I'm looking forward to commuting on one!
I've also had to requests for selling the frame and fork. If I cannot
sell the bike as a complete piece, I will consider selling the frame
and fork separately. But now quite yet.
All of the info (off the top of my head) is in the pics (as captions)
but I don't think it will hurt to go over the relevant details:
60cm green Rambouillet in near-mint condition. It has been ridden
MAYBE 500 miles and was always babied to death. But I don't want you
to baby it to death, I want you to ride it.
Components of interest: Shimano Ultegra 6600 groupo (triple), hand-
built wheels (Mavic Open Pro, DT Swiss, Shimano), green Brooks B-17
seat, Thomson Elite seat post, Nitto Noodle bars, Nitto Technomic
stem.
I'd like to trade it for a new Big Dummy - but that is hardly likely.
So, I am asking $2250 for it. I will also throw in a Smythe Country
bag (canvas style). It is missing one strap - but is in great
condition. And it is probably $200 on its own! If you own a bike
store, you can also order me a Big Dummy and the deal is all yours!
