Who's making the Betty?

Now that the Hunqa and SH are being listed as USA and Japan made, I
was wondering if the Taiwan shop was still building for Riv and if
they are still making the Betty. If they are, how come this bike and
not the others? I would guess they dont sell the quantity of BF's that
they sell of the others so stock is still good-- but that is just a
guess. Anyone know for sure? Is Waterford secretly making the BF?
