Raxa GSoC

Thank you for contacting Raxa and showing interest in joining us for Google Summer of Code 2012. You have been automatically added to the Raxa-GSoC email list. (If not interested, please see unsubscribe link at bottom of this message.)

This new GSoC-specific list is a good place for you to ask logistical questions about GSoC (where do I find Raxa's application questions? how do I write a strong application? how do I get a JIRA ticket? which list should I ask <Y> question on?). We'll also later use this list for student-mentor coordination. For any questions that may benefit our larger community (coding questions, brainstorming project ideas), please use relevant lists (https://raxaemr.atlassian.net/wiki/display/RAXAJSS/Raxa+JSS+EMR+People).

*Important* If you plan to apply to Raxa, please go right now and submit even a basic application with responses to our "application questions" via the GSoC website (http://www.google-melange.com/). You won't be judged on your answers before April 6th -- in fact, you can update your responses up and until the deadline. The benefit of doing this is that, by applying early on the Google Website, you'll be on our radar as a student with serious interest. In that way, we'll be able to focus on giving feedback to those students who are applying for sure. We commit to giving you direct comments and feedback on your project proposals as quickly as possible -- we realize the deadline is soon!

Thanks again for sharing your excitement and many creative ideas. We hope to work with you this summer and beyond.
