Import performance improvements stable build

Do we know when there will be a new stable build with the import performance improvements you spoke about recently?  

If these aren't going to ship soon, is there any general advice to improve the import speed?

Fastest import = smuggler into an empty database with zero indexes. Then add indexes.

Importing without indexes through the client API will be faster also.

These 2 options are more applicable to migrations/new setups as opposed to a continuous stream of data.

Nice one, thanks.  I'll try adding the index after the import.  Can't use Smuggler as I'm importing from a legacy ORM.

No the blog post was probably a while ago, but only just showed up because Oren quese of posts is so long!!!!

It just happened to show up publicially after the code made it into stable
