I was just noticing that the Wikipedia entry on NoSQL databases is
lacking any reference to RavenDB. Also, much of the content is not
accurate with respect to RavenDB (ACID, indexing, etc).

Not so much -- most companies in the US post their own page to at least get the ball rolling and the flag planted. Who is more qualified to talk about you than you?

The way Wikipedia works, is every edit gets inspected and argued about. And
I mean EVERY edit.
Unlike every other company, we have a great community here, and I don't see
a reason for us to fall into this trap of arguing about self-promotion in
Wikipedia with devoted Wikipedians. We would be more than happy to work
with anyone from the community who would like to do this and inspect the
content / suggest improvements.
I may be wrong, but we ought to at least try do it this way first.

I've added RavenDB on a few existing articles, but there is no main
entry for RavenDB. That is where the real work is needed. Other
databases like Mongo have their own entries, so I think Raven deserves
one as well.
The problem is that it looks like there WAS an entry at one point, but
it was deleted. The page should exist here: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/RavenDB
But there's a comment there:
02:52, 21 July 2010 Explicit (talk | contribs) deleted page RavenDB
(Expired PROD, concern was: Non-notable software (I coud find no
significant coverage in/by reliable sources to indicate notability.))
Perhaps two years ago, this may have been true, but I would certainly
think RavenDB has enough coverage today to be considered "notable" by
Wikipedia standards.
Is anyone here engaged enough with wikipedia to get the initial
article created and taken out of deletion status? I have only ever
made tiny edits to existing articles.

Still no main entry on RavenDB (See http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/RavenDB). That's annoying for newcomers and for such a great software. Please, please somebody write one! Thanks everybody!

I cannot understand why HR staff has not created an article yet. Wikipedia is supposed to be about knowledge, just create the article and be done with it.

1. Too much on licensing (can be seen as being more of an advertisement)
2. More on enterprise usage in big companies (ie: MSNBC, etc) - prove
the notability of the platform (something that is much easier to do with
MongoDB)
3. Main Features reads like an ad. Get rid of things like: "Get Running
in 5 Minutes", "It Just Works", "Bundles - Many More", "Fast queries".
Those sound like ad slogans, not features (even though you can make an
argument that they are features). Features section for Mongo seems to have
much less hype (and they dont have every single feature listed there). It
shouldnt look like a copy/paste from a marketing site (currently that is
the way it looks at first glance)
4. Include info about different use cases and libraries included
