As input for the discussion this afternoon I've attached a first
draft of the planning and a description of what is expected for
Work Package 2.1.

With respect to the breakdown between Steve and I the actual days
allocated should be considered fluid. We'll certainly be doing 40 days
between us. How those 40 days breakdown will vary with our other
commitments. The way things are looking Steve is going to be busy on
other things and thus I'll be doing more of the Dev work on this
project (Steve will be doing all the accessibility related stuff since
I don have those skills).

The key things is that we will deliver in the most efficient way possible.

I'm absolutely fine with you splitting up the dev work however it fits
best your other commitments.

I am confident you will. Thanks,

We refined the plan a little in the meeting and I'm sure we'll see the
update soon. I was happy with our overall commitment, though as you
suggest mentioned we'd need to check the finalised one against our
commitments.
