Cron Jobs

Hi all my cron job is not running, the script check_script_progress does not run and so i cant register my contacts through the phone,

my messages remained handled on the httprouter what can i do.

Why doesn't it run? Have you tried setting it up in crobtab? Are there any errors it raises?
