New RapidSMS package: 0.9.5a

hello,

i just pushed a new package to pypi.

http://pypi.python.org/pypi/RapidSMS/0.9.5a

it's still pre-1.0, since we still have a few things outstanding on
the bug tracker. among other things, it solves the trailing slashes on
windows problem. here's a full list of changes:
