The problem is two folds:
1. my bike frame is too small (effective 48) with steep seat-tube
angle (75 deg)
2. Brooks' very short rails as compared to others. It is 3cm shorter
than my Specialized Romin

I didn't know the short-rail issue in all Brooks saddles before I
purchased mine. It'd better if this were mentioned in their
description.
The current saddle height setting was adjusted so that both knee
angles were within 25-30 degrees.
