You bring up an interesting point.  The only service that Claus offers which
is not easily replaced is the drop bag service.  Since you were not staying
at one of Claus' hotels, how did you get your bag back?  Did you have him
drop it at the Campanile or Mercure and just make a trip out to pick it up?
