Yes, I did this during PBP -- Four levers, two brakes, for one wheel. A
number of the long distance fixed gear riders use a front wheel with a
rim brake as well as a drum/disc brake. Unless you build up the wheel on
a rim without a braking surface (disk specific rims) then there is
nothing wrong with using both types of brakes one wheel.
Shimano also makes some dynamo hubs with rotor mounts.
