2003 PBP "Trike Rider" and Writings

[Slo Joe Recumbo]

Does anyone know the name of the trike rider (either '99 or '03)?? He
wrote some funny articles about his adventure and I'm trying to find
them/him.

I do remember he was quite a fast cyclist, trike or not.

I'd like to find his writings. Any help greatly appreciated.

His account of PBP 1999 appeared in a RUSA compilation during 2000.  If memory serves, it was a chap named Cohen.
