Okay, this might be a stupid question, but do I need to do anything
other than updating the gem?

Especially in terms of Ruby 1.9 compatibility... anything one should
consider before updating?

Nothing in regards to Ramaze should have to change in my experience.
For other changes please see the changelog on eigenclass.org and one
of the blog posts relating to how to port things to 1.9.0.
