OSX - RVM, Rails not found after successful install.

Getting set up on a brand new computer, but I can't figure out why # rvm returns "command not found" and # rails prompts me to install the gem after I've successfully installed Railsinstaller.

Did you make sure to reopen Terminal and/or reboot the computer?

FWIW, I uninstalled 1.0.4 and installed 1.0.3, and everything is working as expected.

I did all the above to no avail. Installing 1.0.3 instead seemed to do the trick.
