There is a job well suited to a junior or middleweight Rails
developer. It's a permanent role working on a highly trafficked
Australian website.

The Rails app they have is fairly new. You will help ensure it stays
that way and doesn't turn into a beast. It's a small, close knit team
environment with offices close to Sydney's CBD.

Skills wise, you need to be comfortable with Rails and have some
commercial experience. There is also front end coding but you don't
need to be a designer.

Salary depends on a few variables but $60K - $70K + super is a good
ballpark. There are also benefits - the main one revolving around
their flexible office hours.
