Looking for freelancer to help with Rails project

I'm looking for a freelance Rails developer to help with an online
application that we are trying to build.

We have had someone make a start for us, but they can no longer
continue the work. So far we have the domain model completed, initial
feature list and wireframes for the app.

We need someone to complete the project for us and help out/fine tune
post launch.
