Skills Required:

 A deep understanding of large scale development in Ruby on Rails
 Exceptional problem solving and broad programming skills
 Excellent software design skills and best practices understanding
 Object oriented development techniques
 Team player who is able to work independently
 A practical understanding of distributed applications, n-tier
development and service oriented architectures.
