Outsourcing HR

Hey all,

Does anybody have any experience with outsourcing most of the
responsibilities that would fall under the role of HR?

Just considering my options at the moment.

The company I work for outsources our HR to http://trinet.com/ . It seems to be working out pretty well.

Could you give more detail on what exactly you are trying to outsource?

So, there is this whole industry of companies called PEO's -- Professional Employer Organizations, setup to do just that. They provide HR and benefits administration and payroll services, or subsets thereof, and you pay them to provide those services rather than hiring your own HR staff, negotiating your own benefits, etc.
