Saudações.

Sei que alguém, já deve ter feito, porém preciso um guia, solução
rápida que demostre como efetuar a transmissão de video captado pelo
hardware do usuario conectado ao website, para outro usuário;

Assemelha, a ter professor e transmitir video para os alunos.Porém,
alunos podem estar a escolher a camerâ,em ângulos adverso.

Tenho,uma pergunta, o fluxo de vídeo poderá ser somente entre emissor
e receptor, sem passar pelo servidor?

Ainda não fiz nada do tipo, mas creio que se usar de idéias como p2p é bem
possível que se conecte o emissor e o receptor :)

Cara eu vi um tutorial no M$Developer faz uns anos. Lá tinha os scripts
para viabilizar o mesmo esquema do MSN no Browser. Havia até a explicação
do P2P, a questão aí é o script assumir a chamada do IP e conferir sua
validade e segurança.
De qq forma,  vc deve ter mais suporte a isso na lista de JS.

Eu sei que tinha um pessoal CCE da USP <http://www.cce.usp.br/> que tava
fazendo bastante coisa diferente com transmissão de vídeo. Eles não tem
nada a ver com Ruby / Rails, mas talvez consiga mais informações por lá...

Obrigado, este do HTML5 achei interessante, soluçao ideal.

Porem, nao consegui testar.Quem, interessar e auxliar em tentarmos,
pois precisa de 2 para fazer a tranmissao p2p.
