Comment env["REMOTE_ADDR"] in SPECS

Hi, the Rack SPECS page doesn't mention env["REMOTE_ADDR"] which IMHO is very
important. I suggest to include it in the doc.

Some for env["REQUEST_URI"] which is not documented.
