As far as I understand, I followed the steps described in the PDF to
setup TORCS on windows; but I cannot get it running. Here is what I
did:
a. Download TORCS 1.3.1 (i.e. not the latest version) install exe
b. Run install (using default settings everywhere)

I try to conntect the TORCS-Server with the JAVA-Client (http://
cig.ws.dei.polimi.it/?page_id= 103).
My Problem is, that I don´t know how to run the JAVA-Client under
Windows - the manual doesn´t help ...
Is there any body you could help me?
