Angle track axis

How to measure the angle the track axis made between two timesteps?
Any ideas?

Hi
You can never work out the exact angle between the two track axis
without knowing the exact radius of the track in two time steps. To get
an accurate estimations of the track axis in case of noiseless mode, you
have to represent the visible track into a series of track segments,
each with start, end location and radius. In noisy mode, I dont know of
anyway to get the angle at all.
