Hi All,

N00b question. I’m trying to get rabbitmq-management working on Windows.

Rabbit instance is working fine. Version 2.4.1

I downloaded the files:

amqp_client-2.4.1.ez

mochiweb-2.4.1.ez

rabbitmq-management-2.4.1.ez

rabbitmq-management-agent-2.4.1.ez

rabbitmq-mochiweb-2.4.1.ez

webmachine-2.4.1.ez

… and put them in

C:\Program Files (x86)\RabbitMQ Server\rabbitmq_server-2.4.1\plugins

Restarted the RabbitMQ service. Then in Chrome navigated to:

http://localhost:55672/mgmt/

But Chrome cannot connect to localhost:55672

Any ideas?

Mike

From http://www.rabbitmq.com/admin-guide.html#plugins:

<quote>
Note for users with RabbitMQ installed as a Windows Service: Each time
you add plugins to the plugins directory, you must re-run the

rabbitmq-service.bat install

command to ensure that the service configuration is updated to perform
an appropriate boot sequence.

Matthias.
