We had a great time last night at R-SPEC's first of the new R-SPEC Night at the Movies Program. About ten of our members, authors, and friends went out to see The Host and shared dinner after with much lively discussion. Inspiration comes from surprising events. We had a great time. Many thanks go out to Alan for organizing the details!

We saw previews for the new Star Trek film as well as a movie that looks quite creepy called The Conjuring. In two weeks, we go to see the new Evil Dead movie which looks like it will be quite intense. I may only have what I've been able to see through my fingers to talk about at dinner.
