Quarterly Open-Mic Night

January's R-SPEC meeting will be our quarterly speculative fiction open mic, where you can read the first two pages (about 500 words) of anything you're working on (as long as it's something you can read in public). We'll open the floor after every reading for BRIEF, CONSTRUCTIVE feedback.

I will be there at 7 to greet people and sign them up to read. We will start promptly at 7:30. We have to vacate the space at 9, but the cafe downstairs stays open for at least another hour for those who want to hang out some more.
