Getting a new plugin built?

People,

The Weighted plugin doesn't seem to behave properly but in any case it
doesn't do what I want. I am not a Python programmer but I had quick
look at the code and I think I can see the general idea for the play
order. However, it would still take me longer than someone who is
already familiar with the system - is anyone interested in getting
paid to build my plugin? Basically what I want is:

A weighted play list where ALL the heaviest weighted songs are played
in RANDOM order BEFORE moving on the next heaviest weighting.
