How to use mutagen to write picture tags ?

Hi,
I would like to use mutagen to write an amarok script who would write
the picture tag of my audio files (mp3, ogg and flac). But I can't
figure out how to write picture tags with mutagen.

I understood that you have to use APIC ou PIC, but I don't understand
how to use it.

Where can I find, at least, some examples ?
