Musepack SV8 in Mutagen

is it planned to support the upcoming new stream format of Musepack in
Mutagen?

I have zero interest in working on it until it no longer says "beta"
by the things Mutagen / Quod Libet needs (enough to calculate length,
average bitrate, and replaygain). Other people can submit patches with
appropriate test cases if they care.
