Hello,
I'd like to use QuickZip for massively converting from an archive
format to another.
I've made some test and it works quite well.
Except for files that are using some special characters in the
filename. (like éèà¨^)
In that case, the new archive is created but does not include any
files with special characters in name. It should be fixed for users
that are using language like French, German, Swedish...
I've also a request about the Archive Convert Tools. It will be great
if it can support converting to RAR Archives ;-)

No, and no.
Handling for some special characters is not possible at this moment.
QuickZip do not support Rar archives internally, so Archive Convert do
not support Rar creation.
