iTerm2 plugin version 1.7.0

Hi

I did some QS plugin coding last weekend and among other things made a few small changes to the iTerm2 plugin:

* Added an action "Open New Window" to the iTerm2 app

* Better handling of the default profile

I have 1.7.0 as a release build here: http://cl.ly/20220921430p

The code can of course be found here: https://github.com/ndreas/iTerm2-qsplugin

Stay tuned for changes to the Chrome plugin, and a proper release of the Evernote plugin :)

As per usual with the iTerm2 plugin, I can't test/don't use, but I'm sure there'll be others who can. I'll take a quick look over the code though :)
