cakephp newbie

I currently have a site serviidb.com that I want to move drupal to cakephp.  Would QuickApps CMS be a good fit for this?

I am trying to learn cakephp and php, but I still am at the beginner level.

Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.

QuickApps CMS is basically a OOP Drupal, so at user level they are the same.

The only problem you may find when migrating: if you are using some drupal module that is not available for QACMS.

But for what I see, your site looks like a blog + web store (powerd by Associate Store Script)

So it should not be a problem for QACMS.

(QACMS already includes a blog as part of its default installation)

Dont worry, you just started with the right foot by choosing cakephp as starting point.

• setup blocks for my adsense adds.

The amazon store is just links, which I think I can add to the menu.

I learned to program (fortran & cobol) years ago, but I am having problems with cakephp.

I can pay you or we can work something out.
