MouseWheel events

Hi List,

I have an odd X / Gui issue where MouseWheel works for up but not down events. Has anyone else seen this? Any ideas on where to look further to debug it?

All events seem appear to be working fine in dom0.

Yes! I see the same problem on my laptop. I have created a ticket for
this issue:

Most likely one would have to fix out x86 input module we use for mouse
events generation -- here is the link to this file in the git repo:

Just a quick additional note:

The qubes dom0 logs the button 5 (mwheel down) event from within gui-daemon/xside.c:

xside: win 0x4200007(0x80002b) type=5 button=5

However, xev(1) from within the appvm does not register the event at all (all other button events are fine).
