Quartz scheduling for a string like "each 1 hour from SunMon between 9:00 to 23:00 using Timezone CET"

I was wondering what is the best way to implement such expressions as
triggers. Just dont want to do repeat myself again, if any
implementations already available please direct me there.

Use Cron Trigger the expression is 0 60 9/23 ? * SUN-MON

Make sure the calendar you use is set to TimeZone CET.
