Quartz.Net Server app and events

Hello!

Question 1:
Using the windows service implementation of this project can i somehow
out of the box setup up application events to configure things when
the application is started like the application_start event of
asp.net?

I am using the latest version with xml config.

Question 2:
Can I set Quartz to look for the job and all itsreferenced dlls to a
specific folder?
