Hey Fred,

I don't really have much information to go on except for when I'm playing a game and I need to go back to my QMP to open up a sheet.

It says not responding and it does this with every game when I do this.

If the quadstick is a USB mode that does not have access to the flash drive, QMP cannot connect with it to make changes.

Do you use XBox 360 mode (3) in these games?  Switch back to a configuration running in USB mode 0, 2, or 4, prior to starting QMP.

I tried everything that you said, and it's still doing it. I had to restart my computer every time after playing a game, because when I go to my QMP, it'll say not responding. So I don't know what else to do.

Send in a debugging report with QMP:
  1. Plug the Quadstick into the PC
  2. Start QMP
  3. Wait 20 seconds
  4. Click in the Transcript pane at the bottom of the window.
  5. Press F1 key
  6. Answer prompt to send in the debugging report
  7. EXIT QMP.  Ignore any error message.
  8. Send me an email so I know to go look for the report.

It looks like most, or all, of your game files are using the Quadstick in the XBox 360 for PC mode:

enable_DS3_emulation3

XBox 360 controllers do not have a flash drive.  You will need to reselect the default configuration that is in USB mode 0 to regain access to the flash drive.

Since the Quadstick always starts running the default.csv config file, that is why restarting the Quadstick is letting you gain access to the flash again.

Not to sound stupid, but how do I reselect the default configuration that is in the USB mode 0 to regain access to the flash drive?

Using the side tube.  The same way you selected the game file.

Long hard sip until you hear the "boing", then move the joystick left or right until the first led is flashing, the press the lip button.

default.csv is always the first configuration file.

I watched the video and my watch thing is not doing. I tried doing exactly what it said to me and no change whatsoever. With that being said, the watch thing is still not responding and when I switch it back to the default profile, it pops up at the bottom part of my screen that I coulddo something with the drives. So, I went in there and cleaned out some files and that's about it. Just cleared some storage.

But Fred, I'm going to be honest with you, I watched the video several times and did exactly what it did. And it's not, I don't know if it's my computer or if it's my stick.

I don't understand why selecting configuration files with the side tube is an issue.  You've had a quadstick over six years.  You've made dozens of configuration spreadsheets and downloaded them to your quadstick.  This has to be some kind of misunderstanding.

When the quadstick connects to the PC and the PC prompts you for the default behavior, the correct answer is to "take no action".  Do nothing.   Seeing that prompt is telling you the you did in fact select the correct configuration file since the Quadstick is switching from a pure XBox 360 game controller mode, which has no flash drive, to a USB mode that does have a flash drive, which will allow you to manage the quadstick using QMP.

You went in there (wherever there is) and cleaned out some files....    Yikes.  The quadstick configuration is contained in files that need to be there.  Hopefully the needed files are still there.

Whatever you do, do not remove the default.csv or prefs.cscv.

Here are the files loaded in your quadstick from the debug report:

If you start QMP, go to the Games tab and click on the Print file list button, a browser window should open up with a window you can print that has the instructions for selecting the files along with the pattern of flashing lights for each file.

What does the blue circles mean combined with the purple?

And also on Diablo, which I play the most, there's only a blue circle by itself. That's what I need to understand.
