QMPDClient 1.2 and 1.0.14 is released.

Highlights:

* Removed "Jump to song" dialog and added filter to playlist.
* Added option to set cover art filename patterns.
* Implemented per-album dynamic playlist.
* Bug fixes.

1.2 only:
* Libre.fm (and any AudioScrobbler powered scrobbling service) support.
* Updated lyrics dialog.

1.0.14 only:
* Removed lyrics dialog (it now requires QWebKit).
