Hi Dustin,

Thanks for the note. I saw you wrote in to support@figure53 as well, but for now I'll reply here for the sake of the archives and keeping the discussion in one place.

The hang logs you sent are helpful, and suggest the hang is happening in the same place each time.

A few questions:

Would it be possible to get a bundled copy of your workspace to test? (Or an edited version, with just enough cues to recreate it?)

It sounds like we might be able to recreate the problem on our end, which would help immensely.

Also, it looks like you may be applying video effects to some of the cues. If that's true, does the behavior change if you disable those effects?
