Wireless update from last meeting

Mostly fixed my problem with the internal wireless. I removed the
driver, etc and replaced it with the B43 driver, etc. Works mostly.
Network Manager says "The device is not managed". Everything I've
found says my setup should be managed. How do I do that? My deadline
at the college is tomorrow.
