Anybody knows the difference between a political party title "MP"
vs."MNA" ?

(e.g. Bloc Quebecois "MP" Pierrette Venne (St. Hubert),
Parti Quebecois "MNA" Pierre Bélanger (Anjou), etc..)

Exactly, what do those titles stand for ? Are they at the provincial
or federal level ? Are they in Quebec only ? How about othet
provinces' titles ? Are there other titles, other than those 2 ?

Please email me back.

MP is a "federal" term for Member of Parliament. MNA is exclusive to
Quebec which mean Minister of National Assembly. Most Provinces use
MLA, meaning Member Legislative Assembly. Ontario uses a different
designation which is MPA which means Member Provincial Assembly, but
I'm not to sure of that one. I'm sure there are others, maybe someone
else will help to.
