We are recruiting for a Product Manager position in the Montreal area.

This is a permanent full-time position requiring the following
background, experience and education:
� 5 - 7 years pharmaceutical sales and marketing experience combined
� Product launch and life-cycle management experience
� Developing and rolling out the marketing strategy including goal
setting and accountability for financial results for a world class drug
in CNS
� Experience working through and leading cross-functional teams drawn
from Reg. Affairs, HECOR/MA, Safety/Pharmacovigilance, Medical, Sales
training and Operations.
� Preparing the groundwork for the Promotional plan at a strategic and
tactical level and collaborate with others in the formation of the Brand
Plan
� Operationalizes the Promotional plan and measures performance on an
actual vs. budget basis
� Seek out new market opportunities and translate these into viable
sales targets
� Works with external ad agencies and has full knowledge of PAAB standards
� Business and/or science degree required, preferably MBA
� 100% bilingual communication and presentation skills
� Personality profile: "a driver with a passion for excellence"
� Base salary: $110-$125K plus 15-20% bonus
� Start date between December 15/09 - January 15/10
� Location: Montreal area
