Q4M 0.8.1 released

Hi all,

I have uploaded Q4M 0.8.1 to http://q4m.31tools.com/

This is a minor bugfix release, however, I have created prebuilt
binaries as well for linux i386, linux x86_64, and macosx 10.4 (i386).
So if you are having problems building Q4M, it might worth trying.

Linux prebuilt binaries have been updated to version 0.8.2 due to
interoperatiblity issues. There will be no release of 0.8.2 for
source code version and Mac OS X version.

A shared library incompatility caused SIGFPE on debian etch, at least.
