Updates to the issue tracker presentation

The default behavior for the Issue Tracker has been changed.
By default, now the issues are sorted by priority (assigned by the developers), stars (users "voting" for an issue) and target milestone.
This means that the most important open issues will show up first.
When switching to the list view, a default selection for rows and columns is made (Stars / Priority), but I'm wondering which selection would be the most useful.
