Insert Date Suggestion -- // wrong suport forum link

Hey all,

i love Q10, its plain fantastic. Nothing more to say :)

following 2 suggestions:

can you make a date insertion syntax for
- written month names (e.g. december / Dezember instead of 12) and
- hours and minutes seperately

and

the great Notes Feature .. and the other keyboard-shortcuts like "alt-
down" should be documented in the Help Menu or maybe in a seperate txt-
file.. (i had to awkwardly search the forums first until i got
the .. )

I can agree with this one, i would like to insert my dates as "Sunday,
January 17, 2010".
