Save resized image

Hi, I have a question and I can't get the answer from the webkitgtk
docs.

We use pywebkitgtk on our project and we'd like to use webkit's own
image handling method instead on depending on another library like
PIL.

I can use an html style for the img tag to resize the image, but if I
want to save it, it's saved with it's original size.

Is there a way to do what I want?
