Hi,
I am trying to understand what boundary conditions are applied in swt. I am trying to compare the results with MODWT from Matlab (wmtsa toolbox), but apparently boundary conditions are different. I am very unfamiliar with cython syntax, so I'm a bit lost. Since I need to implement some statistics, rotations of coefficients and other stuff on the results, I need to reproduce carefully some reference case before proceeding. Any help? I see that boundary conditions can be changed in e.g. wavedec, if I want to implement that in swt, where should I look?
Thanks a lot.

Well, since I couldn't get around my doubts with pywavelts, I just wrote my own code, you can find it here:

https://sourceforge.net/projects/wmtsa/

Please note that I use it for scientific reasons, so it is probably not very handy for real-world applications.
Still, if you're interested, your contributions are very welcome.
