Creating a Wavelet object from the mother wavelet

Hello, I'm new to the wavelet world, so forgive me if this question is silly.

I'm trying to implement an algorithm that uses the "a trous" wavelet transform with B-3 splines. As far as I know, B splines aren't in the list of wavele families, so I would like to create a custom wavelet. How can I pass from the functional form of the mother wavelet to the parameters in the filter banks?

I just googled... but probably this page can help you; you'll find the coefficients you need and here is the reference for pywt on how construct your wavelet.
(If you have a mathworks account, this file could be useful).
I'm quite sure that there are more and better references...
